Week 1

Hey y'all! My name is Wendy Knight. I'm a 39 year old mother of three. My world and life revolves around them. They are the reasons I chose to improve my life by bettering my health. So, when my trainer approached me with being a part of this Live Better Fit 2019 challenge, I was excited!

Now, this has been the first week and I thought I would share a little bit. I spent every morning this week at the gym. Two of the days I worked with my amazing trainer Ms. Kolbey. I've worked my hiney off!

I've also tried some new foods. Italian chicken has been my favorite so far, and today I've pinned a lot of healthy recipes I'm going to try my hand at making for next week. Wish me luck on my journey into Living Better Fit!
