This week was much better for gym time; I worked out with my trainers Monday thru Thursday at the YMCA. I really enjoy the mix between cardio and weights, and I feel that even though the pounds have not been dropping like I had hoped that I am overall in better shape than when I started Live Better Fit. This week was probably the worst week so far. Week #5 is in the books and there really is not a lot to say about this one. It was a short week and a busy week at work. I wasn't able to get to the gym at all this week, between dealing with AC problems at home and lots of overtime at work. On the 4th I did get out and mow the grass and edge the curb. Week three has come to a close and I feel good. I have been working with my trainer at the YMCA regularly and doing a lot of extra walking. I have made some progress at the gym. The first day I got on the True Strider (Elliptical), about three minutes was all I could handle. Now I can do an easy 20 minutes with no issues. I love the extra energy I feel after a workout.
