This week turned out to be a busy, but good week. I stuck to my meal plans, and even decided to mix it up a little and eat an extra meal during the day. For that extra meal, I mixed together low-fat Greek yogurt, strawberries, honey, and a scoop of protein powder, and it was more like a healthy treat than a meal.
