This week was an off week for me. I worked out on Tuesday with Shawn at the YMCA doing our boxing workout, but with a little more added to it. He incorporated a few more agility drills before we actually began boxing. Then, instead of our normal routine of just punching the hand pads and Shawn calling out combos, we actually got to spar.
