Week 6 went well. I've discovered that I really like smoothies.
I don't like eating or cooking in the morning, but if I don't eat something then I'm binging before the day is over. I've been eating Cliff bars for a mid-morning or afternoon snack, and I've been getting a smoothie from Live Better partner Smoothie King or the Green Energy Smoothie from Elliano's for breakfast. They help start my day off right and keep me going until I take lunch at some point during the day.
I know, smoothies are not the best choice I could make, but they are better than some of the other food choices I could make. Plus, I always get the small, so I know the caloric value and the amount of sugars. I've even started making them at home and Chris and our son like them too!
