It has been a great week for me!
I have been really focused on weight training a lot more, and still doing my cardio on the Stairmaster and elliptical at Planet Fitness. Every time I change my routine, my body is sore all over again.
I am happy to finally feel the weather change. At lunch time I’m able to visit Cherokee Lake and get in a few miles now that it’s not so hot outside.
I'm on my way to weigh in, and I hope the work I've put in this past month shows. I've got two pairs of pants left in my closet that I'm working to fit in soon. I'm headed in the right direction. Yeah me!
