Week 1

Week one has been quite the adjustment. The initial excitement for a “new, better me” was very motivating, until the time came to test myself. I work in a field, that at times becomes very stressful, and I find that at those times I’m tempted to step out of my plan.

Overall, I have been more conscientious about my choices even when I know they aren’t the best. I think a big part of consistency is forming habits, and that’s done over time. I won’t be critical of myself and I won’t go cold turkey as we know that isn’t easy to maintain!
