Join Our Growing IM Residency Program

Archbold’s Internal Medicine Residency Program is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join our team to precept our growing group of IM Residents in our outpatient clinic. Our program currently consists of 13 Residents that will grow to 19 in 2025 and ultimately 24 residents at full complement (8 per year). This position offers daytime 8-5 work with no nights or weekends. The physician would precept residents in the clinic and have dedicated days seeing their own clinic patients.

We are searching for a physician who is passionate about teaching the next generation of physicians. Our ideal candidate would bring positivity, skill, and purpose to their daily work, and as a core faculty member would possess excellent teaching skills, communication and leadership.
