Oncology - Advanced Practitioner

Archbold is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Lewis Hall Singletary Archbold Cancer Center.

Description:

• Full-time position - Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Diagnosis and treatment of specialty specific patients for age groups: adolescents, adults and geriatrics
• Assessment and management of pain
• Outpatient/inpatient clinical responsibilities are applicable to specialty specific patients for age groups adolescents , adults and geriatrics
• Understands the importance of excellent customer service and teamwork
• Maintains complete, accurate and legible documentation
• Assumes responsibility for professional development and ongoing education to maintain a high degree of proficiency
• Demonstrates consistent level of performance and productivity

Experience/Education:

• Graduate of appropriate baccalaureate and accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant program
• Certified Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant licensed in the State of Georgia and current national certification
• At least one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant preferably in area of practice specialty
