After reviewing updated hurricane path projections, listening to state and local briefings and discussions with our leadership team, we have made the following decisions regarding operations at Archbold facilities:
- All elective outpatient services and procedures for Wednesday have been cancelled—we will perform emergency procedures only
- On-call teams will be notified Tuesday morning, regarding required staffing and the need to stay overnight
- We will make decisions regarding pre-emptive downtime procedures on Tuesday
- Urgent Care, Ambulatory Care Center, Wound Care Center, Singletary Oncology Center, all AMG clinics and specialty clinics will be closed Wednesday, and will reopen when it’s safe to resume operations
Our leadership team will continue planning and meeting tomorrow, as well as Wednesday, and will update you as soon as new information is ready to share. Our leadership team will also communicate with managers in their respective areas, if needed, for further assistance. In turn, each department should review their emergency response plans and ensure plans are in place to have communication with their staff over the next few days.
