About Lorraine
Dr. Williams-Rahming specializes in treating adult and pediatric patients for disorders of the ear, nose throat, head and neck, as well as in the treatment of allergy and sinus problems.
Williams-Rahming earned a Bachelor of Science degree in zoology from Howard University-College of Liberal Arts in Washington, DC, and a medical degree from Howard University-College of Medicine. She began her medical career in general surgery at the Howard University Hospital and completed a residency in otolaryngology/head and neck surgery at the Charles Drew University/ML King Medical Center in Los Angeles. She earned a Master’s degree in public health from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Public Health and completed a medical education fellowship at the UCLA Geffen School of Medicine.
Williams-Rahming comes to Archbold from the Osborne Head and Neck Institute at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles where she served as Director of the Pediatric Division and Director of Medical Education. She has also served as Chief of Otolaryngology for the Cedars Sinai Medical Group.
Board certified in otolaryngology as an ear, nose and throat specialist, Dr. Williams-Rahming has extensive experience treating pediatric patients with ear, nose and throat disorders, as well as patients with advanced thyroid masses. One of her many research interests include the endoscopic management of pediatric patients with nasal and sinus tumors. She holds multiple professional memberships with organizations including the American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, the American College of Surgeons, Society of University Otolaryngologists, the American Medical Association, the National Medical Association, and the American Rhinologic Society.
