Mitchell County Hospital Names Beasley Administrator

Archbold’s Mitchell County Hospital recently named Carla Beasley, RN, MSN as administrator for the 25 bed critical access hospital located in Camilla, Georgia.

Beasley joined the Archbold team over 23 years ago where she began her career as a LPN. Beasley continued her education while working at Archbold fulltime earning an Associate of Science degree in nursing in 2001 from Wallace College in Dothan, Alabama. She then earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2005 from Albany State University and a Master’s Degree in nursing administration in 2013 from Thomas University. Beasley began working at Mitchell County Hospital in 2006 serving as the Emergency Department Nurse Manager. Since 2011, Beasley has worked as the Director of Nursing at Mitchell County Hospital and took on the directorship of all clinical departments in the hospital in 2019.

“I am extremely proud of the team at Mitchell County Hospital that makes this possible. The success of Mitchell County Hospital is very important to me and I will continue to dedicate myself to insuring patient-centered, safe, high-quality care to our community,” said Beasley.

“Carla has gone above and beyond in every role she has served during her time here at Archbold. I know she will keep that same drive she has shown in this new role and I look forward to seeing more of her accomplishments,” said Jamie Womack, Vice President Critical Access/Post-Acute Services.
