GGH Auxiliary Provides Christmas T-shirts for Newborns

Posted on

Babies born at Grady General Hospital this month will receive a special Christmas gift courtesy of the Grady General Hospital Auxiliary—a t-shirt imprinted “Merry Christmas Baby”. The t-shirts were given to GGH Maternity Center staff at the Auxiliary’s annual Christmas luncheon on Monday, December 7.

The Grady General Hospital Auxiliary, an organization comprised of 23 volunteers, donate their time and talents in various departments throughout the hospital and assist with administrative tasks including answering phones, delivering newspapers to patients and assisting visitors, just to name a few. The GGH Auxiliary also hosts fundraisers year round including bake sales, jewelry sales and uniform sales to raise money that helps fund patient programs and support purchases of new patient equipment.
