Archbold Welcomes New Providers

Archbold Memorial Hospital recently welcomed anesthesiologist Thomas Street, MD, family nurse practitioner Jill Summerlin, FNP-C, and physician assistant Deuel C. “D.C.” McElreath, PA-C, as new providers with the health system.
Thomas Street, MD, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta and a Doctorate of Medicine from Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon. He completed a residency in anesthesiology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he was also chief resident for the department of anesthesiology. Dr. Street is a board certified anesthesiologist and practices with South Georgia Anesthesia Associates in Thomasville.
Jill Summerlin, FNP-C, earned an Associate’s degree in Nursing from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Thomas University and a Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Ms. Summerlin is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and is treating patients at Archbold Memorial Hospital emergency department.
Deuel C. “D.C.” McElreath, IV, PA-C, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Valdosta State University and a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from South University in Savannah. Mr. McElreath is practicing with Archbold Nephrology Group and is treating patients at Archbold Memorial Hospital.
