Archbold Offering New Payment Option for Patients

Posted on

Archbold Medical Center facilities recently began offering AccessOne patient financing programs to all patients that need options to pay their medical expenses.

Through AccessOne, Archbold is offering patient payment plan options to help reduce anxiety about paying healthcare bills, and ensure patients get the medical care they need when they need it.

The program allows patients to have interest free payments from 12 to 24 months based on the patient's account balance. Should patients prefer lower monthly payments, payment plans with flexible low interest rates are available as well.

Not to be confused with a traditional credit card or collection agency, the AccessOne program covers all patients regardless of their balance or credit history.

The voluntary program provides a number of benefits to patients including:

  • Different payment plan options are offered based on individual needs
  • Every patient qualifies for the program
  • No credit reporting or hidden fees
  • Consolidated billing for the entire family

“We’re excited to offer these new payment options that will be beneficial for our patients,” said Lynne Byrd, Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations at Archbold. “We constantly strive to make the entire healthcare process easy and accessible to all patients, and the implementation of this program will help us continue to do that.”

Patient financial counselors will work with patients to determine the right plan for each situation.
