Neurohospitalists are trained neurologists that exclusively provide inpatient neurologic care within a hospital setting.

Neurohospitalists are responsible for all inpatient neurologic cases, including those in the emergency department, nursing floors and intensive care units.

Neurohospitalists treat patients with neurological conditions that either lead to hospitalizations or complicate hospital stays.
