LONG-TERM CARE FACILITIES

Archbold Memorial Hospital’s long-term care and rehabilitation facilities are dedicated to providing rehabilitation care for patients recovering from surgery, illness or injury, and skilled-nursing long-term care for residents that are unable to live at home because of their medical condition.

Archbold Memorial Hospital operates three long-term care facilities in South Georgia—Glenn-Mor Nursing Home in Thomasville, Mitchell Convalescent Center in Camilla and Pelham Parkway Nursing Home in Pelham. Operating as hospital-based facilities, all three Archbold long-term care locations provide residents with high-quality care and easy access to Archbold specialists and hospital services when needed.
