UGA Extension Office Named Live Better Partner

Live Better, the Archbold Medical Center-led collaborative of key community leaders focused on improving the health of the citizens of Thomas County, recently formed another partnership with a local organization that has committed to taking action in support of measurable Live Better goals.

The UGA Extension Office in Thomas County is one of the most recent organizations to become a Live Better partner. To help inspire people to live a healthy and active lifestyle, the UGA Extension Office in Thomas County has committed to assist with Live Better education initiatives of elementary school students in Thomasville and Thomas County. In addition, Ashleigh Childes, Thomas County Family and Consumer Sciences Agent, will also serve as a Live Better board member.
