Preparing for My First 5K

Hey everyone. It’s been a while since I checked in last, but things have been going great!

I enjoy working out with my Townie teammates four days a week. I also just started running to prepare for my first 5k on September 28th. With the help of Hannah and my family, I have changed my eating habits by reducing my sugar intake and incorporating more fruits and veggies in my meals. I am looking forward to getting stronger and enjoying the live better fit lifestyle.
