I’m working hard and pushing myself these next few weeks hoping to breakthrough with my progress.
I’ve made a goal of trying new things, because I find I get easily bored with doing the same old thing over and over again. I find hiding my leafy greens in my morning shakes has helped a lot. Anything that I can sneak into my diet is always a plus; I am the worst of the worst when it comes to being a picky eater!
