It’s Wellness Wednesday and the Live Better Move of the Month is the Warrior Pose!

The Warrior Pose helps strengthen your shoulders, arms, legs, ankles and back while also opening your hips, chest and lunge! It can also improve your focus, balance and stability and encourages good circulation and respiration.

Leafy green vegetables such as spinach or kale are a great way to get a lot of nutrients! They are high in fiber, vitamins and phytonutrients that help make your bones strong, help brain function and make your immune system strong!

You can eat them in a variety of ways including in a salad or mixed with your favorite fruit in a smoothie! Ask your parents to find recipes to make with you on the Live Better website!
