Live Better, the Archbold-led community health initiative, is hosting Heart and Sole – a one-mile fun run for children grade levels K-5.

Held in conjunction with Heart Month, the run is intended to promote living a heart-healthy lifestyle through physical fitness and healthy eating.

Trophies will be awarded to the top five finishers in each grade level. Top male and female finishers will win a new bicycle.

Live Better Heart and Sole Fun Run Registration

Waiver: I realize that running is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter the run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to complete the run safely. I assume all risk associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, traffic, and conditions of the paths and roads, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver, and in consideration of this entry, I the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heir, executors, and administrators, waive and release, all sponsors, Archbold Medical Center and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this wavier. In the event of an injury, I do hereby give my permission to authorize such First Aid and/or Medical and or/Hospital care or treatment deemed appropriate.
