Live Better, the Archbold-led community health initiative, is hosting the second annual Heart and Sole Run – a one-mile fun run for K-5 children.

Held in conjunction with Heart Month, the run is intended to promote living a heart-healthy lifestyle through physical fitness and healthy eating.

Trophies will be awarded to the top five finishers in each grade level. Top male and female finishers will win a new bicycle.

Pre-registration for the race is closed. Same day registration will be availble the day of the race.

Free heart health screening for adults, including:

  • Blood pressure checks
  • Glucose test
  • Cholesterol Screening (blood sample)

In order to have accurate results, please do not eat or drink six hours prior to the screening.

The health screen is open to the public. No registration is required. The screening will last from 8:00am to 10:30am.
