Residents are paid a progressive salary.

  • PGY-1: $55,000
  • PGY-2: $57,000
  • PGY-3: $59,000


Residents have access to a variety of educational and licensing benefits.

Book and Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance:

  • PGY-1: $1,000 with the option to roll over unused funds to PGY2
  • PGY-2: $1,500 with the option to roll over unused funds to PGY3
  • PGY-3: $2,000

CME days are available upon Program Director approval.


Paid annual membership to the Medical Association of Georgia and American College of Physicians – National and Georgia Chapter
