Pelham Primary Care Welcomes New Provider

Archbold Memorial Hospital recently welcomed back family practice nurse practitioner Sarah Brooks, FNP-C. Sarah worked as a critical care nurse at Archbold for over four years, primarily working in the ICU before pursuing her master’s degree to become a family nurse practitioner. Sarah now rejoins the Archbold team as a family medicine provider at Pelham Primary Care.

Brooks earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Georgia Southern University and a Master of Science degree in nursing from South University in Savannah.

“I’m excited to be practicing back at home in Mitchell County,” said Brooks. “I am thankful for the opportunity to be part of Archbold’s great healthcare team here, and I look forward to providing high quality healthcare to this great community.”

Brooks will practice at Pelham Primary Care in Pelham. The practice provides primary care for the individual and family which include health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance, patient education and treatment of acute and chronic diseases as well as women’s healthcare needs. Pelham Primary Care is now accepting new patients, as well as pediatric patients over the age of three.
