GGH Named Hospital of the Quarter

Grady General Hospital has been named Archbold’s Network Hospital of the Quarter for 4th Quarter 2016. GGH achieved 8 of 9 goals on the HCAHPS survey (Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems), a national, standardized, publicly reported survey of patients' perspectives of hospital care.

“Rewarding and recognizing our staff for a job well done is very important to us across the Archbold system,” said Perry Mustian, Archbold Medical Center President and CEO. “We enjoy celebrating accomplishments with our team, wherever they are located. The staff at Grady General is committed to ensuring our patients receive the best care and have a great experience while they are in our facility—their great HCAHPS scores are a testament to that commitment.”

Archbold CEO Perry Mustian and Chief Operating Officer, Jim Carter, presented the GGH team with a banner to hang in the hospital’s lobby.
