How do I apply for open positions?
Applications must be completed online. Visit www.archbold.org to access
our online application.
How do I find out about job openings?
All positions for Archbold Medical Center and its affiliates are found
under the “Employment” tab on our website: www.archbold.org.
The job listing section of the webpage is updated every Friday.
What if I have already created an application?
If you completed an application prior to September 30,2011, you will need
to reapply in our new system. We apologize for any inconvenience this
may cause. If you have applied after that date, just log back into your
application and apply for the positions for which you qualify.
What if I forget my username and password?
You can access your application by using your last name and social security
number rather than your username and password. There are spaces provided
for your social security number and last name. Please do not attempt to
enter a username and password if this is the method you are using to log in.
How does Archbold Medical Center’s application process work?
You will receive an immediate acknowledgement via email that the transmission
of your application was successful (That email may go into your spam folder).
If your application meets the qualifications of the position, it will
be forwarded to the hiring manager. Following a review of candidates,
a hiring manager may call you for an interview. Human Resources staff
does not schedule interviews.
How many positions may I apply for at once?
Initially, you will able to apply for 4 positions. If you log back into
your application at a later date you may apply for more.
How long will it take to process my application?
Applications are reviewed daily and forwarded to the appropriate hiring manager.
How will I know the status of my application?
Your application will remain active in our database for at least one year.
How will I know if the position for which I applied is still open?
Generally, jobs are posted until filled. All positions listed on our website
are open positions as the site is updated weekly. Once you have applied
for a position there is no need to apply again for the same position.
What is the salary range for posted positions?
Our salaries are industry-competitive. The level of skill and years of
experience required for the position determine the salaries. When applying,
please indicate your salary requirements in the designated area. Salaries
are quoted when a job offer is made.
Is there someone I can talk to regarding the position for which I applied?
All information relevant to the position is in the job description. If
you have other questions, you will have an opportunity to obtain more
information at the time of an interview.
How will I know if a position has been filled?
A position is removed from our website when it is filled or when we have
received a large number of responses and the hiring manager is no longer
accepting applications.
Does Archbold accept unsolicited resumes?
We do accept unsolicited resumes; however, we require a completed application
in addition to your resume. Our online application will allow you to attach a resume.
