Archbold Brooks Promotes Thomas to Administrator

Archbold Brooks is pleased to announce the promotion of Kortney Adams Thomas, RN, MSN, to Administrator and Director of Nursing.

Thomas earned a nursing degree from Southwest Georgia Technical College in 2005. She later earned Bachelor and Master degrees in nursing from Thomas University.

Thomas is a native of Quitman, Georgia and has worked at Archbold Brooks for almost 25 years. She began her career as a Patient Access Representative and, most recently, was the Assistant Administrator and Director of Nursing at Archbold Brooks.

“Kortney has proven to be a leader and mentor for many at Archbold Brooks,” said Jamie Womack, Vice President of Critical Access and Post-Acute Services at Archbold. “She has always done exceptionally well in her roles, and we could not be more thrilled to appoint her as Archbold Brooks’ Administrator and Director of Nursing.”

Archbold Brooks is a 25-bed acute care hospital located in Quitman, Georgia. The facility, affiliated with Archbold since 1987, offers surrounding communities convenient access to advanced medical technology and high-quality healthcare services.
