Archbold Memorial Names Employee of the Year

Archbold Memorial has named Michael Hanna, Physical Therapist, their Employee of the Year.

Hanna has been an Archbold team member for 13 years. His nomination reads, “I am nominating him for too many reasons to count. He is the first person to offer assistance, whether it’s helping co-workers with patients or as minimal as moving furniture. He will see extra patients and coordinate with physician offices to ensure everyone provides the best patient care. The empathy he shows his patients lets them know they are in great hands and have the best chance for recovery. He is highly skilled and a great role model in providing guidance to younger staff while exhibiting a continued drive to learn more and become an even better therapist. Without him, this department would not function at the same high level. He is frequently asked for and recommended by former patients and physicians and is one of the best therapists and people you could hope to have as an employee.”
