Archbold Living - Thomasville Names Employee of the Year

Archbold Living – Thomasville has named Malcolm Cooper, Environmental Services Floor Tech, their Employee of the Year.

Cooper has been an Archbold team member for nearly two years. His nomination reads, “Malcom is always helping the residents and shows outstanding performance when he is working on the floor as a Housekeeper. Every time we ask Malcolm for help with anything, he is always quick to help with no hesitation. The residents enjoy Malcom at Archbold Living-Thomasville. Thank you, Malcolm, for your hard work and dedication.”

“Malcolm is a valued member of our team at Archbold Living – Thomasville, and he consistently serves our residents and his fellow team members in a selfless manner,” said Tina Bates, Archbold’s Director of Long-Term Care. “He is certainly deserving of this recognition.”
