Archbold Brooks Names Employee of the Year

Archbold Brooks has named Samuel Jones, Campus Safety Officer, their Employee of the Year.

Jones has been an Archbold team member for more than two years. His nomination reads, “Officer Jones always has a smile on his face, hence the nickname, “Smiling Sam.” He is always willing to lend a helping hand wherever needed and has shown an aptitude to learn anything you are willing to teach and learns at a quick pace. Officer Jones is a huge asset to us and deserves this recognition.”

“Sam goes above and beyond making our staff feel safe and our visitors feel welcome,” said June Furney, administrator at Archbold Brooks. “We are proud to recognize him as our employee of the year.”

Archbold Brooks, located in Quitman, has been affiliated with Archbold since 1987. The 25-bed acute care hospital offers patients in the surrounding Southwest Georgia communities convenient access to advanced medical technology and high-quality healthcare services.
