Crenshaw Receives National Award

Daryl Crenshaw, MD, FASH, FACP, FASN, was recently recognized with the Fulfillment Award at DaVita's national Physician Leadership Meeting in Denver, Colo.

Crenshaw is a nephrologist with Georgia Kidney & Hypertension Clinic in Thomasville, an affiliate of DaVita.

He serves as chairman of the Archbold Memorial Hospital board, is a member of the Archbold medical staff and previously served as Archbold's chief of staff.
