Mitchell County Hospital Names Employee of the Year

Archbold’s Mitchell County Hospital has named Mark McNeil, Environmental Services Floor Tech, their Employee of the Year.

McNeil’s nomination read, “Mark McNeil is a wonderful human being! He greets everyone he sees with a smile and a ‘How are you doing?’ He jokes around with the Emergency Department staff while carrying out his duties. He helps with traffic control in the ED, directing visitors with questions if staff is unavailable. Mark does a great job with us every day. He goes above and beyond by making sure our linen is utilized and sorted. We truly enjoy working with him!”

“Mark embodies Archbold’s core values,” said Carla Beasley, administrator at Mitchell County Hospital. “He puts the needs of patients first and will do whatever he can to encourage and help his coworkers. He is more than deserving of his Employee of the Year recognition.”
