Mitchell Convalescent Names Employee of the Year

Archbold’s Mitchell Convalescent Center has named Linda Thornton, Restorative Aide, their Employee of the Year.

Thornton has been an Archbold team member for sixteen years, and her nomination reads, “Mrs. Linda is always willing to come in on her day off to help day or night shift. She keeps the residents looking nice and well-groomed. She leads a devotion every morning with praise. We are so blessed to have her here at MCC.”

“Linda always goes the extra mile for our residents and staff,” said Tina Bates, Archbold’s Director of Long-Term Care. “She is a bright light at MCC and very deserving of this recognition.”

Mitchell Convalescent Center is a 48-bed skilled nursing facility located in Camilla and is nationally accredited by the Joint Commission.
