Archbold Northside Names Crawford Employee of the Year

Archbold Northside has named Jefferey Crawford, Environmental Services Floor Tech, their Employee of the Year.

Crawford has been an Archbold team member for 28 years. His nomination reads, “Jeff keeps the floors at Northside immaculate and received praise from Joint Commission and other visitors for his work. He is flexible and will work in Housekeeping at Northside and Glenn-Mor Nursing Home when needed while always having a positive attitude. Jeff is someone you can count on and has been a great employee at Archbold for many years. You may find someone who works as hard as Jeff, but you won’t find anyone who works harder.”

“Jeff is a well-respected employee and truly cares about Archbold Northside,” said David Griner, administrator at Archbold Northside. “He continually goes above and beyond to help everyone within our organization. He is very deserving of this recognition.”

Archbold Northside is a comprehensive behavioral health facility located in Thomasville. The center specializes in treating, stabilizing, and rehabilitating individuals suffering from psychiatric issues and substance abuse.
