Lewis Named Director of Hospital Accreditation

Rachael Lewis, BSN, RN, has recently been named Archbold's new Director of Hospital Accreditation.

Lewis earned Bachelor of Science degrees in biology and nursing from Samford University. She has been employed by Archbold since 2015, starting as a staff nurse in the Intermediate Care Unit at Archbold Memorial Hospital and most recently as Nurse Manager for the Cardiopulmonary Unit.

Lewis is currently working on obtaining a Master's degree in Healthcare Regulation at Florida State University.

"With her knowledge of our system, Rachael is an excellent addition to our quality team," said Julie Dumas, Vice President of Quality and Patient Safety at Archbold. "She will assist all four hospitals in Joint Commission preparedness activities and support our system-wide quality initiatives."
