Archbold Brooks Announces Promotions

Archbold's Archbold Brooks has announced recent promotions within its nursing department.

Kortney Thomas, RN, MSN, has been promoted to Director of Nursing. As Director of Nursing, she will oversee the Medical-Surgical, ED, Quality, Utilization Review and Swingbed departments. Thomas earned an Associate of Nursing Degree from Southwest Georgia Tech and a Bachelor of Science and Master's degree in nursing at Thomas University. Thomas has been an Archbold employee since 2001 and most recently served as the Assistant Director of Nursing of the Med/Surg unit at BCH.

Raven Brown, RN, BSN, has been promoted to Nurse Manager of the Medical-Surgical nursing unit. As Nurse Manager, she will handle all responsibilities in the department. Brown received a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing at Thomas University and is in the process of earning a Master's degree in nursing. She has been an Archbold employee since 2015 and most recently served as the charge nurse for the Med/Surg unit.
