Archbold’s New Grady Skilled Nursing Facility Announces New Director of Nursing

Archbold’s new skilled nursing facility in Grady County has announced Felicia Stoddard as the new Director of Nursing.

Stoddard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the Medical College of Georgia.

Stoddard has worked in Archbold Memorial Hospital’s holding rooms for interventional radiology and the cath lab, and has been the Grady General Hospital’s Swingbed Coordinator for the last five years.

Stoddard will work closely with Tina Bates, Archobld’s Long-Term Care Director in the planning and opening of the new nursing facility attached to Grady General Hospital. She will also oversee the day-to-day operations once the facility is open.

“We are thrilled to have Felicia as our new DON at Grady’s skilled nursing facility,” said Tina Bates, Archbold Director of Long-Term Care. “Her knowledge of critical care and the Archbold system will serve our patients and their families well.”

The new skilled nursing facility is set to open in 2023.
