Archbold’s Live Better Pink Run Is Back

Archbold’s Live Better Pink Run Is Back

After taking two years off due to the pandemic, Archbold’s Live Better Pink Run is back and will be in person this year.

Live Better, the Archbold-led community health initiative, is hosting the 6th annual Live Better Pink Run to kick off Breast Cancer Awareness month in October.

The 5K race will help promote the link between obesity and cancer, as well as the early detection of breast cancer and overall healthy living.

“We’re so excited to bring back the Pink Run in person this year,” said Todd Bennett, Archbold Clinical Outreach Manager. “We enjoyed hosting a virtual run last year, but we’re ready to see everyone in their race day pink.”

The race will take place on Saturday, October 1, at 8:00 a.m. at the Lewis Hall Singletary Oncology Center.

Awards will be given to the top finishers in each age category and the teams with the most members and the most creative name. All participants will receive a Pink Run shirt.

Registration for the race is open and will close on September 15. Archbold is only accepting online registrations and there will be no day of registration.
