Archbold Medical Center Vendors

As part of the Medical Center's commitment to compliance and providing needed health care services to the community in an ethical and legal manner, the Medical Center's compliance program includes Compliance Standards for Vendors. As a condition of a vendor's initial and continued association with the Medical Center, a vendor is required to comply with these standards.

Section 6032 of the Federal Deficit Reduction Act mandates that contractors and agents are aware of the Medical Center's policy regarding "Education About False Claims Recoveries." Archbold Medical Center provides access to this policy for its contractors, agents, or other persons which or who, on behalf of Archbold Medical Center, furnish or otherwise authorize the furnishing of Medicaid health care items or services, perform billing or coding functions, or are involved in monitoring of health care provided by Archbold Medical Center.
