Archbold’s Mitchell Convalescent Center in Camilla was recently awarded an Excellence in Action award from My InnerView by the National Research Corporation, a patient satisfaction measurement firm in the United States. This honor recognizes Glenn-Mor among the top long term-care and senior living organizations in the country for satisfaction excellence, as demonstrated by overall resident and employee satisfaction scores. In addition, Glenn-Mor’s satisfaction scores were within the top 10 percent of the national My InnerView product database.
"The Excellence in Action award isn't just any quality performance award," said Jason Stevens, Senior Vice President of Business Development at National Research. "Rather, it's an award that defines what it means for providers to provide the right kindof care—patient-centered care—for their residents, families, and employees. It's an honor and well-deserved accomplishment for repeat winners and new organizations alike."
To win an Excellence in Action award, facilities must have completed a customer or workforce satisfaction survey during calendar year 2014 and scored in the top 10 percent of qualifying facilities on the question “What is your recommendation of this facility to others” or “What is your recommendation of this facility as a place to work?” in terms of the percentage of respondents rating the facility as “excellent.”
“Our MCC team is committed to treating our residents wonderfully, as they would their family,” said Jamie Womack MCC administrator. “We always strive to provide our residents the best care and ensure the residents and their families are happy with the service we provide. This award demonstrates that our staff are committed to providing our residents the very best care possible.”
