Community Health Needs Assessments

As a non-profit health system, Archbold is required to conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment of its service area every three years. As part of the assessment, residents in Thomas, Brooks, Grady and Mitchell counties are asked to participate in an online survey to share their feedback regarding health care needs and concerns.
